Sam contacted me a few weeks back to see if I could capture one of the most special moments for him and Lea. Little did I know how INCREDIBLE every single aspect of his proposal would be. Let’s just say, we were all filled with warm hearts and happy tears all night.
Thank you for including me in these precious moments xoxo
Since you’re all wondering, yes, they are as sweet as they are handsome!
I had the pleasure of photographing Jesse Tyler Furgeson and Justin Mikita for their new line of Tie The Knot bowties soon to be launched in partnership with The Tie Bar. Keep your eyes peeled for their amazing colors and patterned bowties to be launched specifically in their new wedding line 😉 Can’t wait to see them on all of my grooms and groomsmen!
The whole team traveled down to Indiana University to capture Ravi and Parisha’s wedding weekend. We had the afternoon off and decided to explore the nearby lakes. After finding this location we begged Ravi and Parisha to join us for a few evening portraits before the Sangeet. Was it worth it? I’d say so.
The Serralles Castle has to be one of our favorite venues of 2016… and well, possibly of all time. The castle was built in the 1930’s by the Serrallés family, known for their development of the sugar industry and its main derivative, rum. Needless to say, we enjoyed a weekend full of beautiful views, authentic people, and good rum (YUM!)!
Since when can we get away with tank tops mid January in Chicago? We certainly took advantage of the warmest day of the season. Here’s a little snippet of my personal favs! Take a peek at that ice covered lake for proof 😉
